Mac series: 20 to 90 Ncm

This series of Premex magnetic stirring couplings is developped for stirring a broad range of reactors and can be connected to an external stirring motor.
Models in this range consist of the Macline and Macfix

Features and advantages

M30x2 theaded connection (other thread types and dimensions on request) Sealing to the autoclave lid by a metal to metal seal or O-ring (Viton, Kalrez, EPDM etc) Stainless steel or Hastelloy C22 as standard material. Versions in Hastelloy C276, B3 or Titanium Gr. 2 on request Option to choose between stainless steel ball bearings, hybrid bearings or slide bearings For versions with integrated motor, choose the Premex Funrun Speed reading connection on the driven shaft Easy to change and clean the internal shaft and bearings

Premex Macline - Macfix

Premex Macfix: equiped with an extra side-mounted connection with a valve for gas feed. This connection can be used to feed gas into the reactor and/ or clean the shaft and bearing assembly of the magnetic coupling.

Bearings inside coupling

The stirring shaft assembly inside the coupling is dry running: no contamination with lubricants Very easy to change bearings without disconnection the coupling from the reactor Different types of bearings can be used depending on temperature and chemistry: chrome steel or hybrid ball bearings, graphite/teflon slide bearings etc.
