Model A: Motor-driven pumps with adjustable flow
Features and advantages
- For the generation of pulsation-free and constant flow.
- Controlled constant volumetric flows also at minimum flow ( control range 0.2–100%).
- Prolonged constant flow due to large stroke capacity.
- Hand operation ( pulse key forward and reverse) or automatic, continuous discharge flow.
- Quick return to starting position and automatic reverse-to-forward motion.
- Pressure generator with servo motor and integrated multiturn encoder (resolution 15 Bit).
- Teachable positions for reversing of movement and stroke limitations. Safety stroke limitations by inductive switches.
- Control box 500x 500x300 mm (h x w x d) with 5.7" TFT touch panel ( indication of actual volumetric flow and position). Supply 230 VAC/ 50 Hz.
- Digital interface for auto/man switch and analogue interface for set point (volumetric flow: standard configuration 4– 20 mA).
- Analogue output for actual volumetric flow and piston position ( standard configuration 4– 20 mA).
- All wetted parts in stainless steel and PTFE.
Options
- Different analogue signals for external set point or actual value ( e.g. 0– 20mA or 0– 1 0 V ).
- Model B : With pressure control.

Model B: Motor-driven pumps with pressure control
Features and advantages
- Design like model A but with pressure control function.
- To maintain a constant pressure in a high- pressure system.
- Included equipment: pressure controller, pressure transducer, hand valves and check valve ( according to flow diagram).
- Digital indication of piston position.
- Digital interface for auto/man switch and start position as well as analogue interface for set point ( pressure : standard configuration 4– 20mA).
- Analogue output for actual pressure and piston position (standard configuration 4–20mA).
Option
- Different analogue signals for external set point or actual value ( e.g. 0 – 20mA or 0– 10 V).
Model C: Motor-driven pumps without controls
Features and advantages
- Assembled on a base plate with reduction gear box, servo motor and limit switches (an inductive limit switch on each end position).
- Servo motor and integrated multiturn encoder (resolution 15 Bit).
Option
- Motor-mounting adapter according to the requirement of the customer.
