Features and advantages
- Reliable optical monitoring of chemical and physical characteristics of liquids, gases, and solids at max. pressures from 100 up to 7,000 bar.
- Sapphire windows in optically flat, specially tempered and pressure-resistant quality.
- Colourless sapphire, applicable also in the UV range.
- Monitoring is possible with high-speed or video cameras, laser technique, spectroscopy, etc.
- Optical cells with different optical path lengths (distance between inside faces of two windows). With replaceable sapphire holders the optical path length may be reduced.
- Optical widths available: from 6 mm to 28 mm.
- Max. working temperatures are: 120°C to 500°C
- Materials in stainless steels AISI 316Ti, 17-4 PH, or Nimonic, titanium, etc., depending on service conditions.
- Single window units in different designs and sizes.
- Heated optical cells with pressure-balanced piston to maintain the test pressure during sampling operation.
- Optical probes and cells for concentration measurements.
- For quotations please state: Max. working pressure and temperature, optical width and path length, heating and similar standard optical cell.
