SITEC develops and builds valves to meet your specific requirements. Valves in corrosion-resistant materials, for example Hastelloy, titanium, Monel, Inconel, Nimonic, etc. Autoclave valves for direct connection Thermo valves to maintain a constant temperature in pilot and laboratory plants Sampling valves with different sampling volumes with and without thermostatic heating. Valves with ceramic stem for high velocity and abrasive fluids, for example for high-pressure jet-cutting and isostatic presses. Tungsten carbide exchangeable seats for extreme working conditions. Valves with antivibration connectors (720.00) for cyclic pressures and severe vibrations. Valves with hydraulic drive for hydraulic test benches. Test bench valves for ABS and brake system test benches (710.10, 710.11 and 710.12). Backpressure valves and relief valves. Crude oil sampling valves. Extended drive stems for extremely high or cryogenic temperatures (710.05) and for remote control. Valves with US high pressure connectors and for metric high-pressure tubing. Various combinations of special equipment are also available, for example: HP valves in Hastelloy C with high-temperature extension and air operator. Features and advantages
Autoclave valves for the direct connection to test autoclaves. These valves fulfil three indispensable requirements:-Feeding the fluid to the autoclave
-measuring the pressure inside
-protecting the autoclave against overpressure. The integrated pressure gauge (connection 1/4" BSP or 1/8" BSP) and rupture disc support eliminate the complicated external tubing harness. Rupture disc support with vent connection for tube OD 6 mm. Please state the required pressure range of the gauge:
0–60 bar, 0–100 bar, 0–160 bar, 0–250 bar, 0–400 bar, 0–600 bar or 0–1000 bar (allowed operating pressure = 80% of the range of the gauge). Rupture discs Ø 13.9 mm have to be ordered separately. Autoclave valves are available short-dated.
